You are looking for a 9x2 cylindrical container, camo-ed.
Thankfully, Otis Redding chose "Bay" instead of "Ft. Pierce Inlet." It probably would not have rolled off the tongue as smoothly! This cache is located on the beautiful inlet, next to the South Causeway in Ft. Pierce. Muggle activity fluctuates, but unless someone is on top of you, you probably won't be noticed too much. You will need to look low for this one!
