When you go down to the woods Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Wizard of Ooze: Unfortunately, this cache is no longer in conformance with the guidelines, as a cache type cannot be changed after it's been published. The cache owner was attempting to change it from a multicache to a traditional cache which is not possible. You're welcome to resubmit this as a traditional cache if you like. Please pick up any remaining bits and pieces of your multicache, whether or not you resubmit it, so they don't remain as "geo-litter".

Thank you,

Geocache Description:

While caching in Salmon Arm in a wooded park, I started to sing the Teddy Bear Picnic song. It had reminded me of when my grandparents owned a few acres, and my grandmother would have "teddy bear" picnics at one of the back ponds with gingham table clothes, and goodies. She would play the teddy bear song for all the kids plus their bears she had invited.

This is now a tradional cache (without getting a new GC #).

Please enjoy a cup of tea at the end of your caching adventure

Teddy Bear song...

If you go out in the woods today
You're sure of a big surprise.
If you go out in the woods today
You'd better go in disguise.

For every bear that ever there was
Will gather there for certain, because
Today's the day the teddy bears have their picnic.

Picnic time for teddy bears,
The little teddy bears are having a lovely time today.
Watch them, catch them unawares,
And see them picnic on their holiday.
See them gaily dance about.
They love to play and shout.
And never have any cares.
At six o'clock their mommies and daddies
Will take them home to bed
Because they're tired little teddy bears.

If you go out in the woods today,
You'd better not go alone.
It's lovely out in the woods today,
But safer to stay at home.

For every bear that ever there was
Will gather there for certain, because
Today's the day the teddy bears have their picnic

Every teddy bear, that's been good
Is sure of a treat today
There's lots of wonderful things to eat
And wonderful games to play

Beneath the trees, where nobody sees
They'll hide and seek as long as they please
Today's the day the teddy bears have their picnic
