The Cache is in Comanche Lookout Park.
The Cache is off the walking/bike path. It is located just off one of the gravel washes leading up the hill. Distance to the Cache should be 00.06 mi at the point the wash meets the path. The Cache is on the ground, at the base of a cedar bush. Explanation of some items. The coal is hard coal from Pennsylvania (found last summer in Youghiogheny River). The black things in the little case are nylon computer case speed nuts.
