Aussie Broken Limb is located in one of the less visited branches of Tecolote Canyon.
The trails to in this area, though seemingly well established, do not seem currently used. I did see some very old signs of homeless campsites and some that may be more recent.
The coordinates determined from only 5 satellites due to the tree cover. I added a second set of coordinates, as a waypoint, that was taken out in the open, about 20’ north of the hiding place. The hint should help. Others are encouraged to log their own coordinates.
I recommend parking on Osler Street (just before the church) where there is a trail head leading to the cache site. Another potential option is parking at the ball field lot, at the corner of Osler & Genessee Avenue. There may be a trail down into the canyon from the edges of the ballpark
The cache itself is a wide mouth plastic pill bottle, camouflaged with black duct tape, with room for the log and not much else replacement is a fair sized coffee mug. Please bring a writing utensil.
I went out with two caches, one a full size container, intending to place both, but was unable to confirm the location of possible nearby puzzles and decided to just go with the pill bottle placement.
