Take some time to smell the sage. Nice spot to take a moment,
maybe even pull out the camera, and enjoy the magnificent view from
up on top of Talepop. 
You'll be looking for a trailside tin, with a logbook, pen and
a few small trade items for your fair trading
pleasure. 
PS - All the other caches on this same trail have a 2.5 terrain
rating. I used the Clayjar Geocache Rating System and came up with
3.0.
