You are looking for a black blinkie. I have raised the difficulty a bit on this cache simply because of the number of places this container could have been hidden and because of the difficulty in retrieving the cache. I would suggest bringing along a TOTT for retrieval. Parking can be found directly in front of the cache, so park strategically to shield yourself a bit and to maintain stealth while searching. Snow will make this cache much more difficult to find.
Common Instructions: Make sure you bring your own writer as there may or may not be one in the cache. There is no need to tear up or damage the area while looking for the cache. Please replace the cache exactly as you found it! As always, be stealthy when searching. Also remember to use common sense and caution while searching for the cache.
