Take a break from your driving and stretch your legs at this Rest site overlooking Heddalsvannet and the old industrial area of Notodden.
The municipality of Notodden are slow in figuring out what they want to use the land of the old industrial area. It has been a barren waste land for around 20 years now.
The small beach that can be seen from the cache is the latest development and a nice contribution to this small town. If only the water had been a little warmer...

Ta en pause fra kjøringen din og strekk på bena på denne rasteplassen med utsikt utover Heddalsvannet og det gamle industriområdet på Notodden.
Notodden kommune er trege med å finne ut hva de ønsker å bruke det gamle industriområdet til. Det har ligget mer eller mindre brakk i 20 år nå.
Den lille stranden som kan sees fra cachen er siste utvikling og et hyggelig bidrag til denne lille byen. Hvis bare vannet hadde vært litt varmere ...
