I have been recently informed by the US Fish & Wildlife service that Waterfowl Production Areas (WPA's) fall under the same rules as National Wildlife Refugees, and as such geocaches are not allowed inside those lands by Federal Law.
Because this cache is inside the boundaries of a WPA and there is no grandfather clause, I have to archive this listing and ask that the cache owner retrieve the cache container at his or her earliest opportunity. If you have any questions concerning this please contact me directly.
