This cache was placed to carry on the theme cache "Pass it on" GC1RRX2 by Angelcheeks. These caches were created as a "chain letter" style where the first to find must pick up the ready to place cache and place it elsewhere to carry on the chain.
If you find a neighbourhood boardwalk trail, you are in the right location. My very dedicated cacher (ChickadeeRose) helped with the placement of this cache. The perspective of a small person contributed to the final location. The cache is a lock 'n lock container.
Parking is available but watch out for muggles visiting the nearby pub and store. This can be a busy area at times! You can also enter via the neighbourhood to avoid the parking-lot muggles.
