Geocache Description:

(with apologies to Sir AC Doyle)

“I say Dr. Watson, I propose to hide a geocache in plain sight.”

“What’s that Holmes? Do you mean to say that you believe that you can hide something without it being hidden from sight?”

“Yes, my dear Watson, I intend to mimic nature. Consider the praying mantis; various species have evolved to not only blend with the foliage, but to mimic it, appearing as either living or withered leaves, sticks, tree bark, blades of grass, flowers, or even stones. Here, Watson, look at what I propose. Nothing wrong with a bit of subterfuge.”

“Diabolical Holmes, simply diabolical. At times I think you have a dark sense of humour.”

“Perhaps devious might be a better description my dear Watson.”

“Ah quite right, Holmes, quite right, devious it is. Perhaps you should warn seekers to bring their own pencil as there is certainly no room for tradables. As well seekers might require a 'tott' as geocachers are wont to say."

"Good advice Watson, good advice."
