Things found in my basement #3 Traditional Cache

Strange what you find in your basement. My wife is making me clean out my shop, and I have stuff there that I always thought could come in handy someday.

I placed this item in my shop shortly after the first of the year, and I have been wondering what to do with it ever since. I am still not sure if I have done the correct thing with it. You be the judge. You will find it shortly off the surfaced walking path. This path is often used 24 x 7 by cyclists, and although they are usually courteous, just be aware of your surroundings.
