Geocache Description:

This road the cache is on would take you to what was once known to the locals as the "Golf links", but a couple of years ago, the Municipality decided it would make a great place for ball diamonds and soccer fields. Where locals once walked and horses roamed, this can no longer be done as it is now fenced off. It is an easy walk on a gravel road but if the white gate is open you can drive right up to the cache.

The cache is in a camo LnL and contains a logbook, pencil and sharpener. A roll of doggie bags may come in handy, there is a cat toy, snap hook, mini plastic toy cow, bear claw tattoo, cell phone charm and for the FTF, a Tim's card. Very peaceful in this area, if you listen carefully, you may hear the sound of rocks rolling from Turtle Mountain as they fall quite often. The area has been changed quite significantly from what it used to be and hopefully will be a benefit to the community.
