Arlington Park Series - caches in Arlington County Parks.

Arlington Park Series (APS) - A series of caches in small parks in Arlington. Caches are hidden in groups of 5. Each of the first four caches in the group has two clues that are needed to locate the fifth cache.
This cache is part of Group 4, which consists of:

GC27E3W -- APS #16
GC27E44 -- APS #17
GC27E41 -- APS #18
GC27E47 -- APS #19
GC27E42 -- APS #20 (Bonus Cache)

Note: all caches are in Arlington Parks, and are available during park hours of dawn to dusk.
