Geocache Description:

**Dair Mor is no longer able to look after this cache, it has been adopted by TreeMen&aDog**

This walk takes you along a small track under the trees, away from the red route. The wood itself has many specimen trees which were planted by the Menzies family during the nineteenth century to create a suitably impressive backdrop to their castle.

One of Perthshire’s most famous plant collectors, Archibald Menzies came from nearby Aberfeldy and worked in the gardens of Castle Menzies.

Cache is a 670ml box and its contents include

watch
highlighter
party game
fine writer pen
spinner
toy car
keyring
fancy eraser
jewelled ring
toy soldier
mini padlock
