Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a local series of 12 hides at locations of Northwest Suburban Council Boy Scout Eagle Projects.

Reaching the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America requires years of dedication and hard work. Over its first 100 years, Scouting has provided millions of hours of service to
communities across America.

This two stage multi cache features two Eagle projects. The first is the stairway you can use to reach Stage 1. The stairs were installed in 2000 under the leadership of Ryan S. of Troop 182.

The final is in the Disc Golf course completed in 2004 by Nick T. of Troop 335.

Stage 1 was hidden in plain sight but kept going missing. There is a back up Stage 1 is in a prickly spot 85' South. Bring your own pen to sign the log.

Cache is placed with permission from the Palatine Park District. Park closes at dusk.
