Geocache Description:

We're celebrating ten years so it's time for me to try something new. A mystery cache! The coordinates listed will take you to a round, silver tag that is attached to a natural object. Conveniently located next to it is a table for you to sit while you do the math, which shouldn’t take long. Just to make absolutely sure you are at the correct tag, be aware that both the table and the object with the marker are within their own circle of grass. The appropriate number on this marker should be used as A in the following equation (In case you are unfamiliar with it, A^2 signifies A squared, but for some reason I couldn't get it to show up correctly so I'm using this notation):

A^2+(25*A)+(5*(A-6))-(A+7)+(2.5*A)=???

Take the number you get for ??? and add the digits together, then multiply the sum by two and subtract 1 from this result. For example, if ??? was 123, it would be 1+2+3= 6. Then 6*2=12. Then 12-1=11.

The number you have calculated should give you the marker number for the spot the cache is hidden. If the number is even, head east. If the number is odd, head west.

At plenty of park caches I’ve pretended to inspect every one of these objects in sight just to keep from looking suspicious while trying to find a cache. Here’s your chance to do so. The final hide is a dark tube on the large end of micro but too small to hold trade items. The hide is pretty straightforward, the difficulty rating here is for doing the math and having to locate the final marker.
