Suburban Sprawl Mystery Cache

4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache

The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.

If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

Perth is growing at an amazing rate, with new suburbs popping up all the time. Can you identify the suburbs below in quiz night format?
You will need to convert each suburb into a number using A=1  Z=26 and then reduce it to a single number.
(There is an app for the iPhone that does it for you or you can try this web page

The box you are looking for is a large sistema container. There are certificates for the first 2 finders and a prize for the FTF of an unactivated Aussie Flag GC. There are finders’ cards for anyone who wishes to take one.
