Geocache Description:

After finding some of Model12's birdie series caches, an idea came to mind. The question was, "Do I dare base my first cache on a series created by one of the great geocachers of the Ottawa area?" What if I call this a tribute? (Although I am obviously stealing his idea) Yes, a tribute has a nice ring to it.

So, to celebrate my 100th cache find, my first hidden cache is a tribute to Model12 and his Birdie series.

The trailhead for this cache is at N 45 20.349, W 075 36.699. You should be able to park on the side of the road. There is also parking at the golf course with access to the trail system.

There are marked trails that will bring you close to GZ. You will only need a short bushwack. The trails are used for cross country skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer.

This cache is in a winter friendly location and will be easy to find. The actual logbook may take a little longer to access!
The Official Log Book must be signed in order to log a find. Once you have signed the log book, please replace the cache container exactly as you found it so others may enjoy the hunt.

PLEASE BE GENTLE SEARCHING FOR THE LOGBOOK. THERE IS NO NEED TO TAKE ANYTHING APART AND NOTHING IS "STUCK"!
