[Note: the cache it tethered with a black cord to its hiding place. Please do not break the cord or untie. I'd like this one not to float away next flood. Also the log is in a zippy and in a container in the main container to be waterproof. Please replace as u find it.]
(I see may logs with people invading on land from North Cache-istan. My suggestion is an amphibious landing! NOTE: you are not allowed to swim to the cache. Swimming is limited to a few ares on the lake!)
Every time I see a small region like this I recall those ads from the 1970's where they claimed you could buy land in someplace like North Dakota and (by some supposed loop hole) declare your own sovereign nation. (Some sort of tax scam.)
Well, while you are on the island, feel free to declare yourself sole ruler of Cache-istan: Land of the caches! Feel free to pass allow any laws in your log for the next immigrants.
Please rehide well, there are many boaters who stop off here.
I put in at the campground boat launch NE of GZ. There is another boat launch SW of the GZ but it wasn't open this spring.
