BristolGuy&Gal: I really hate to archive this cache. We had fun placing it and over a hundred GC'ers had the fun of discovering this tricky hide. However, now the muggling teens have found it, replacing it just wouldn't be fruitful. We wish these kids had better things to do!

Geocache Description:

Midway along the "Shortsville Run" on the Canandaigua Outlet

This geocache, in a 30 mm ammo can, is located along a section of the Canandaigua Outlet known as "The Shortsville Run." This section of the stream occasionally offers an exciting run through rapids for kayakers and canoeists when the flowrate is up, and is also the site of the Shortsville/Manchester Whitewater Derby held the last week in April.

Park at 42' 57.381N, 77' 13.179W to start your seach. DO NOT EXPLORE THE RAILROAD TRESTLE BRIDGE AREA. This is owned by the FL Railway and is POSTED NO TRESPASSING.
