My friend's Dad always referred to the building to the south of the cache site as the YOYO Factory.
Prior to the addition being built, the building used to have a giant 4040 on the side of it, but because it was painted in block lettering it looked more like YOYO.
The lettering has been gone for some time, but this will always be known as the YOYO Factory to me.
We miss you Dennis.
