Birds and Bees Traditional Cache

This cache is the first cache I placed. After much consideration, I made the decision to place it, at my current apartment. To get the cache you will have to walk through my parking area/spot (which can be done regardless of if or if not my car is there). Both my landlord and my downstairs neighbor are aware of the existance of the cache, although neither currently know the exact placement of it. In addition, the owners of the neighboring house are also aware of the existance of this cache, which should aid cachers in feeling more comfortable when seeking. I recommend doing the cache during the daylight hours - so as not to spook my elderly neighbor. Also, I recommend parking on the cache's side of the street, and please becareful as at certain times of the day, the street can be extremely busy.
This cache could or could not be listed as handicap accessible - it'll depend on how mine and/or my neighbors car are parked.
I'd consider the cache a micro, as there really isn't room for anything more than the log. In addition, you'll need to bring your own pen/pencil. Also, there is a small "Not Another Micro - FTF" pin in the cache for the lucky cacher that gets the "FTF".
