Wandering the paths in Gobions Wood is a pleasure in all season. Autumn mists, bluebells in May, shade in the summer and snowy views of the ‘Folly Arch’ in winter.
There is parking in the ‘Angling Club’ car park, Gobions Open Space. The car park is off Moffats Lane. Walking across the Open Space and around the lake to your left will lead you in the direction of the woods.
The cache is one of three that I have hidden in Gobions Wood.
These are near paths and so no need to tread on the bluebells
The cache is in a plastic box in a home-made camo.bag.
