This is an easy park and grab type of cache to show you where to launch your kayak or canoe for a paddle down the beautiful Battenkill River. A group of us did just that and paddled down to the NY Rt 22 access for a wonderful 20 mi trip.
Anytime the online Battenville river gauge reads between 4.8 ft and 7.0 ft you can expect a great trip down the river.
