Geocache Description:

A small cache located along the South County Bike Path. As I rode
from the train station to South Road, this was the most beautiful
spot of the trip (largely due to the still high water levels from
the epic rains of March 2010).

The South County Bike Path is an easement of the former
Narragansett Pier Railroad. It is currently paved for 5.5 miles
from the West Kingston Amtrak station to Kingston Rd. Cache is
located on the segment of the bike path between Ministerial Rd. and
South Rd. There is pull-off area on Ministerial Rd. that can
accommodate a few cars, as well as parking by South Rd., if you do
not wish to trek from the beginning.

There is some great history of the area on signs along the bike
path.
