This cache is an easy pick and grab, the terrain is easy, It would have been listed as a one but it isn't advisable to take a wheel chair there because of the traffic. other than that it is very easy to get to.
Don't always beleave yor GPSr. Some times over head power wires will mess with your GPSr.
