Geocache Description:

Welcome to North Quarter - a relatively new and upcoming estate...

Dust off your top hat and polish that monocle - you are on your way to North Quarter Estate! Well it isn't quite that bad - but it does have some ritzy houses in it.

An excellent place to go for a walk and feed the ducks that inhabit the large lake. There is a man sized duck kicking around there - see if you can spot him!

This is one of 2 caches I have placed in the area. This cache is a common nano container. There is a pencil and a logsheet.

There is a small prize for FTF in the cache.
