Dette er et lite kunstig oppdemmet vann med liten fiskebestand. Vannet som renner ut av Gamledammen danner Kjøsterudbekken som renner ut i Drammenselva ved travbanen.. Gamledammen gir også vann til det kunstige snøanlegget i alpinanlegget på Aronsløkka.

Description of water:
This is a small artificial lakes with low fish stocks. The water that flows out of the old dam forming Kjøsterudbekken which flows into the Drammen river by horse racing tracks . Gamledammen also provides water to the artificial snøanlegget in alpine plant Aronsløkka
