This cache was placed at lunchtime by someone on a diet.
Here are a few lunchtime dieting tips:
1. Instead of driving to a fast food joint, drive to Busse Woods and take a brief off-the-path stroll or bike ride. You will be so captivated by all the natural beauty you will forget about eating.
2. Find yourself a very small lunchbox and limit yourself to eating only what will fit in the lunchbox. Perhaps a few almonds and one or two dried apricots.
3. On the way home, do not stop at a fast food joint.
