Geocache Description:

This should be an easy park and grab in the road right of way in SW Shawnee County. Log only so BYOP. There is room for coins or other small items.

Close to the cache location is a headstone for someone named Jenkins. Sometime since first finding this location, the top of the stone has fallen and so details about Jenkins are no longer visible. I remember that Jenkins was born in the 1800s and don't remember any other details including Jenkins' first name. Seeing lone graves like this always make me wonder about the person buried at the location. What was daily life like? Was Jenkins alone in life as is the case now?

The stone is behind barbed wire on private property so don't try to get in to read the fallen portion of the stone.

A gold dollar has been placed in the cache for the FTF.
