The cache is hidden half way down the steps leading from the road around Moda (near Cafe Kemal) to the walk way along the water from Moda to Kadikoy.
The railing of the steps is damaged and you can walk "under" the upper road in search of the cache.
***IMPORTANT*** the cache is NOT located in the opening directly under the steps, but.... nearby.
The exact cache location cannot be seen from the road above, however people on the steps will be able to see you searching, and may wonder what you're doing. Bring a camera to fool muggles into thinking you're taking pictures of the view.
The cache is a tube water sprinkler head, with the insides removed so there is room for a pencil, paper, etc.
Make sure to replace the cache exactly as it was found, so that no muggles can find it and steal it.
