Geocache Description:

This puzzle cache was part of a series of caches created to release the Seattle FTF Bell Travel Bug back into the wild. To solve this puzzle, you used to need to find to find cache Ringa Ding Ding Ding Dong and retrieve the "offset" value. Now the offset value is provided in the formula below!

The posted coords represent the center of a 10 statute mile diameter circle.
Start walking from the center of the circle on a bearing of 65°, stop walking when you reach the circle [#1].
Turn to your left to a bearing of 300°, walk until you reach the edge of the circle [#2]
Turn to your left to a bearing of 225°, and walk until you reach the edge of the circle [#3].
Now, turn left one last time, and walk due East until you intersect a line due North from the center of the circle [#4].
How many feet are you from the center of the circle? Divide this number by 10,000, let this number be "A".

If the 10 mile diameter circle represents a clock face, what time does point #1, #2, and #3 represent? Sum the minutes [e.g. 1:05, 1:20, 1:25, sum of minutes would be 50], divide this number by 1,000, let this number be "B".

What are the State Plane coordinates of point #4? Truncate the Northing and Easting coordinates to the first 3 digits to the LEFT of the decimal point [e.g. N468658.345 truncated would be 658] and divide by 1,000. Let the Northing number be "C", and the Easting number be "D".

Final:
Latitude: 44.166' + A + B - C - D - 0.666
Longitude: 23.465' - B + C - D - 0.666

Important Stuff
All bearings are True north.
Units of feet are International Feet.
Numbers A,B,C, & D are in this format: n.nnn
The earth is indeed flat.
