A 8km/5 mile circular walk from Tarfside village onto the Hill of Rowan. (3km/2 miles on the road at the start/end of the walk)
This cache is placed just after you leave the road. We did wonder though if this is the Hill of Rowan, why are all the trees here silver birches???
It is possible to begin the walk here parking on the grass by the gate (space for 2 or 3 cars) Alternatively there is plenty space to park in an old quarry just down the Dalbrack road
Cache is a 350ml lock and lock box.
