Council Shoulder Patch

The caches in this series recognizes projects that scouts have completed in the Black Mountain District of the San Diego-Imperial Council. The Black Mountain District covers from Rancho Penesquitos to Poway to Rancho Bernardo. Our Council covers all of San Diego and Imperial Counties, all the way from the Pacific Coast to the Arizona border.


The Pine Point Eagle Scout Project was completed in January 2010 by a Life Scout in Troop 713. It is a great spot to take a break when hiking around the lake.
