Level Crossing Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

S&SwDtB: It would be a while before I can come up with a less muggleable cache container, so we'll just close this one out. If anyone happens to be interested in the answer to the puzzle, the place a parent might rest was a bench, and the mark you added made a "benchmark". The closest was FIELDS, which, if you walked across it, took you into the woods, past a large oak tree, to a two-trunked oak, whose trunks twisted around slightly as it went up.

Congradulations to everyone who found it, and aplolgies to those of you who found the puzzle too difficult.

Geocache Description:

The coordinates are near lots of parking, and are the starting point for the puzzle. The poem below describes the clue you need. If you figure it out, there'll be no need to search; it'll take you straight there. Just remember, geocachers look for more than just geocaches.

Park hours: Open mid-March to mid-November daily from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Off-season hours are daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

You start off your search
from the one, not the two,
where a parent might rest.
Mark the name. It's a clue!

Then straight across Fields,
past a tall oak tree,
to beneath twisted pair,
and there will I be.
