This cache is located near the monument that marks Cpt. Lewis's trip up the Marias River. On july 26, 1806 this was Cpt. Lewis farthest point West up the Marias River; although the actual camp is 4 miles North of the monument.
Don't forget to log the USCGS BM Trianglation Point (Lewis & Clark Expendition Monument) in area (N 48 35.956 W 112 47.859 ).
