Located in st. Croix county fairgrounds, glenwood city wisconsin. First cache I know of within glenwood city!
Area is for the most part muggle free. While the fair or other events are going on, it will be harder to find it undetected, if not impossible to. A state trooper appears to live on that side of town and can probably see the area, so keep that in mind. If you don't see a squad car he or she is probably gone for the day.
No hints till the ftf at least, why make it easy on you?
