Geocache Description:

a waterproof match container, the kind you must unscrew the middle and swing open at the bottom, log only. coords may be a little off as there is tree cover right at gz. you should be able to leave one foot on the path and make the grab. please tuck out of site as best you can

This is placed at the entrance of the Coyote Creek outdoor classroom. The sign states "from devastation to education". There was a house here that was flooded and so damaged it was removed. We helped sandbag this house and the one next door. GC20Y76, Superbowl Sunday Disaster(now archived), has some more information about the flooding of the creek.

We are placing this cache on a cachecow birthday so we put in our birthday geocoin to resume it's travels

easiest parking may be at the school across the bridge. there is a spot on the street but the sign is confusing. to avoid detection i would walk in to the entrance rather than drive.
