When I was a kid these monsters looked to me like giant robot soldiers marching across the prairie. They still do . . .
This lonely piece of road is severely lacking in geocaches so I figured it was time to add one.
Along the highway to the west, after ascending the steep hill there is a beautiful canyon on the north side of the road.
Further along. check out (GCC0D0) Schoolhouse Rock and be sure to read the marker as it is a most interesting story.
Continuing on the highway west is the historic town of Chugwater, Wyoming and the former headquarters of the famous and historic Swan Land and Cattle Company. Chugwater was a major stop along the Cheyenne to Deadwood Trail.
Watch for things that can stick, sting, or bite you!!!
