Geocache Description:

Placed this cache in the new Liberty Park at Sheltonwood. Parking off Dove Road at N32 58.280 W097 08.677. A large plastic camoed container with some good swag and a travel bug.

This park was built on the Shelton family farm who lived here for over 43 years. Southlake Parks and Rec did an outstanding job creating this park. There is a paved path from the parking lot to the large pavilion and restrooms. The city also chose to remember John M Shelton by embeding some of his words of wisdom into the pathway. Please take a moment to read and reflect. This is a great park to bring the family and the dog. Enjoy.

I am a frequent flyer and try to keep a few trackables stashed for someone to come and grab. Also check out the cache "Power Lacrosse" (GC415EN) in North Park just next door to the west. I will try and keep some trackables there as well.
