Once upon an evening, there was a car with five teenagers in it. A dare was made that everyone in the car had to go to the grave of Edith L. Blood (1878 – 1939) in the local cemetery, touch her headstone and say, "I believe in Mother Blood." All, but one, of the teens touched the stone and said the statement. The one that didn't was sitting in the middle of the back seat. Shortly after they left the cemetery, they were involved in a horrible car accident. All of the teens survived except for the one in the middle of the back seat. She died without a mark on her body and from no apparent causes. Ever since then, the Legend of “Mother Blood” has existed. Anyone who goes to the grave site, touches the stone and repeats the phrase ... just to be sure.
The question is… “Do YOU believe in “Mother Blood”?
The coordinates to Mother Blood's grave are the coords given above - N 38° 24.334 W 082° 23.946. The actual cache is 260 feet away at a bearing of 350° from her headstone.
