Track rat Traditional Cache

Near the track
The footpath gets a lot of traffic, but otherwise its a quiet place and easy to get to, especially if you are waiting for a train and have a few minutes to kill.
My intention is that this cache be easy to find and have room for swapables and tackables. A rare thing this close to the city centre.
There are a couple of sections of the wall nearby that have been damaged. Don't get distracted by them, the cache is a little further from the pole and behind a solid bit of wall.
The cache has been renamed from Track_Time to Track Rat in order to fit in with my rat theme. I have not seen any rats in this area, so if any are living there is by coincidence.
