Geocache Description:

The tour de forth series is about 10.5 miles long from first to last cache and be completed fairly quick, well 2 to 3 hours on a bike or can
be split up different parts for walks, kincardine,no 1 to 7,
longannet to culross 8 to 12 and culross to toryburn 13 to 20.

The terrain is mostly very good with just the Culross to Toryburn section being muddy if its been raining on that day or before.

I have noticed plenty of different wildlife along this route, inclulding seals in the Forth between the Clackmannanshire bridge and Kincardine bridge and cormorants, curlews, oystercatchers, sandpipers etc can all been seen just west of the Clackmannanshire bridge as this is a good feeding ground for them.

You will learn some interesting facts and fiction along the route, you decide if the fiction can be fact.

A new walk/cycle way was completed from Longannet to Culross in Feburary 2010 and all caches on this section are on or next to path so there is no need to cross the road.Just be careful when looking as it can be busy with cyclist's.

There is plenty parking available next to the first cache and should be pretty easy to find to get you started ,so what are you wait for.

Don't forget to collect the clues for the Multi Cache.
