Annúminas was the original capital city of Arnor founded by Elendil. While in its glory, it was considered a wonder of Middle Earth.
This cache is hidden between the northbound and southbound lanes of the beeline highway 87 (which are separated by a mile at this location).
I usually provide details on where to park, where to hike etc, then let the cacher figure out where the cache is hidden. This cache will be easy to find: just look in the pile of rocks on the left-side of the picture above, or in the center of the picture below.
The difficulty will be deciding how to reach this cache. It is very important to park on the inside of the beeline highway. Do NOT attempt to cross the beeline on foot, this could be deadly!
Now that Dr. Devious has been published, it should be apparent that this cache can easily be accessed from the north.
