A cache situated on a minor road in Maughold. The co-ordinates at the top of the page are for parking.
An interesting area which has changed a lot recently due to the cutting and removal of fallen trees.
To find the cache you will need to answer a few simple questions to get the co-ordinates which are:
N54º 17. ABC W004º 20. DEF
A - There are five of these on the Ballafayle Cairn plaque
B - The last number in the date of the Monument Act minus the first number
C - The number of letters in Mr. Callow’s first name
D - Half the number of trees in the Quakers’ Burial Ground
E - The number of ‘R’s in the first name of Elizabeth’s husband
F - Add the first three numbers and minus the last in the year
of Mr Callow's death
The cache is a small camouflaged box containing log book, pen and a few small swaps
