Whipple Creek Road, a popular quad-riders hang out. The roads are bumpy so take it easy. As you are driving in be cautious of the people riding their 4-wheelers.
The cache is a little ways from the road, but there is a turn off where you can park while you have a look around. Not many muggles out here, but you will occasionally see someone whiz by on a quad. You will want to search for this one in the day time.
