Just a quick meet and greet event to talk about geocaching and some of the guidelines we have been asked to meet when placing caches in Conway.
There are so many new cachers in and around the Conway area, we decided that we need to get together and meet everyone! Please don't feel limited by your hometown though, All are welcome!
If you have a cache hidden in Conway, or plan to hide one in the future, please try to attend. There will be some important information you should know presented.
We will meet at the Whole Hog Cafe at 6:30 p.m. Each will be responsible for their own meal. You don't have to eat there, but please bring in no outside food. After we eat, Cpdenton and BSA534 will have a short reminder of the guidelines that the Conway police and Fire Department have asked us to follow so there are no more incidents involving the FD's Robot. They close at 8, so don't be late!
