We had to move Dakota's orginal Hideout after construction destroyed the hideout. You're looking for a amo container with some camo. There is a FTF prize in the log book and some other trade items in the container. The higher difficulty is because the GPS can be bouncy with the tree cover, but it shouldn't be too hard to spot. Please put the container back as you found it.
This cache is just south of Turkey Hollow area of Lake Carl Blackwell. The best place to park is at the North end of the dam by the USDA Hydrolic Research station. From SR 51 take Redlands Road to Lakeview Road and follow the signs for the Hydrolic Station. From the parking area it is about 200 yards to the cache site with some bushwacking necessary. You can also acess the cache by boat pulling up the shore roughly 35 yards from the cache.
The area is subject to the University's use fee's and regulations pertaining to the lake. At the parking site there is a drop box for daily permit envelopes. When the cache was placed it was a $5.00 per vehicle. See LCB's website for more info (visit link) .
