se volete fare un picnic nella riserva di monterano in vicinanza c'è un area attrezzata. Ottimo posto per una scampagnata. ci sono altre cache nelle vicinanze.
Lasciate la macchina al parcheggio della Diosilla, con circa 30 minuti di cammino raggiungerete la cache. Attraversato il ponte sul fiume mignone si trova un bivio, s’ignora la strada più evidente che prosegue diritta e si prende il sentiero sulla sinistra. In pochi minuti si giunge in un area di sosta attrezzata e sotto querce ed aceri si trovano alcuni tavolini ad un semplicissimo guado. Nei pressi del guado, è visibile una piccola sorgente di acqua ferruginosa dal gusto vagamente frizzante.
