Geocache Description:

So, you want to find a geocache??

Well, we have one for you. It's out there, way out there. You'll probably want to have a four-wheel drive to get to it. You can actually get pretty close if you do, but you'll have to cross a stream three or four times. Or perhaps you're hiking the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail and you wander off course....well, maybe a lot off course and you stumble upon it. Or....maybe you decide to cross the river in a boat... .. (not that we recommend that course of action!)

But we can tell you that it is out there....actually it's been out there for quite some time while we tried to come up with the easiest way to get to it until we finally gave up and just decided to list it!! In fact if you find it you will notice that a mouse has already tasted the delicious Groundspeak label on the outside of the ammo box and decided that it was quite tasty!

At the end of it all, you will be on State Game Lands 111, so dress accordingly. And the unusual cemetery you will find at the end of your quest will explain the name of the cache. Once you are close, look for a tall pine tree to mark the location of the cemetery. The cache is an ammo box hidden in the usual geocache fashion away from the cemetery itself, but not too far away.

This cache is not for someone wishing to find a quick park 'n grab. PLEASE NOTE: There is no need to cross any gates or private property to get to this cache. No one should be crossing into areas that are marked NO TRESPASSING. The hint on our cache page describes the easiest access to the cache.

Sights you may see along the way....

Now get out there and let the adventure begin!!
